Founded by two wildlife enthusiasts with a deep love for East Africa’s wilderness, the company brings a unique perspective to every safari. One of our co-founders, Geoffrey, has spent over 15 years working with renowned safari brands like Micato Safaris and Angama Mara, giving us insider knowledge of the region’s most exceptional parks, lodges, and off-the-beaten-path gems.

Our name is inspired by the African crested rat, a rare and misunderstood animal with an extraordinary survival story. Just like this elusive creature, we believe safaris should go beyond the surface — revealing Africa’s hidden magic, untold stories, and unforgettable moments.
